Our counselling services can help you develop a greater sense of awareness and inner peace. The sessions are client-led with guidance and support given by Kayla to help you learn about yourself and overcome your current challenges. Sessions are aimed at reducing stress and anxiety, improving the relationship with yourself, and improving your overall well-being.
